Stage 1: Education

A 1 to 3 day workshop resulting in the following outcomes for the business and attendees:

Be able to describe the firm’s areas of and opportunities for social value creation

Identify, analyse and articulate the social value dimensions of business decisions and actions

Appreciate the complexity and advantage of maintaining an innovation-led social value orientation in a competitive business environment

Stage 2: Developing Strategy

An engagement lasting one to three months resulting in the following outcomes for business leadership:

Be able to construct an initial model of an impact framework and report for their own organisation

Apply a logical social value assessment and decision model to business decisions and actions
